ShareGate and AvePoint for a tenant-to-tenant SharePoint Online move?

I've been tasked with moving our SharePoint sites to a new tenant. I was looking at ShareGate and AvePoint , but a colleague mentioned GS RichCopy 360 might do the job too.
Does it support SPO-to-SPO migrations with permissions ? Or is it mainly for file servers? Any real-world experience would help before I commit to a tool.
