error on install

Hello,

Getting the following error on install "Error 1920.Service GS RichCopy Service failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start the system service."

This is on a Server 2003 system (Yes I know it's old).

I'm logged in as administrator, and have added my user as seen here:

1. Run gpedit.msc.
2. Navigate to Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies >User Rights Assignment.
3. In the details pane, double-click Log on as a service.

Yet I'm still getting stuck on install with the same message. Any tips please?

Thank you for reaching out. Our latest packages require .Net framework 4.5 which windows 2003 does not support.

For Windows 2003, use this package which is still fully supported. It does not require .Net framework 4.5.
