Dropbox to SharePoint Online migration , supported?

We're planning to move about 2 TB of company data from Dropbox Business to SharePoint Online. Can GS RichCopy 360 handle a direct Dropbox-to-SharePoint migration, including folder structures, file permissions, and timestamps? Or would we need to download everything locally first and then upload? Also, does it handle long file paths and unsupported characters automatically? Any guidance before we purchase would be appreciated.
