Copy open files

I have a problem from 2 weeks, we tried to copy open files but we can not and we posted in more than one site but no way via robocopy, we found some threads recommended your software as a solution to copy the open files, so I am here, can you confirm with me if your software can help me? If yes, which version should we use in my company? can your software copy the locked files?

- Yes, Gs RIchcopy 360 can Copy open and locked files due to its full integration with Volume Shadow Service (VSS).
- Both Standard and Enterprise version support copying open and locked files.
