Copy Files with Long Path Name

We are very interested in your GS RichCopy 360 software. We are running into an issue with long path name as our users create so many deep folders that go over the 255 character limit.
We searched around for a way to copy those files and your software was highly recommended. Can your software copy long path name files? Will we have any problems?
Do we need the GS RichCopy 360 Standard or do we need to purchase GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise to copy long path name?
We need to make a decision very soon.

PS, I see it is posted on the website it can copy long path name but we need to make sure it is what we need.

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, GS RichCopy 360 Standard and Enterprise can copy long path name with no issues. You do not need to do anything special. If we encounter a long path name, then we will switch to the right algorithm and technique to copy those files.

Please note that we have supported long path name since our first release, so it is a feature that has been long baked into our software and rest assured you will have no issues with long path name support.

Your software is very highly reviewed and your support has been very widely praised. If we have any issues after hours, can we talk to someone in support? Do we need a special support level? This will be very crucial to do the data migration over the weekend and support is a must
