@MAGATech this is a great question. It will really depend on which features you will be using in server 2019. Clustering for instance in 2019 has improved a lot and so did Hyper-v. So if you use any of these two then you may want to consider it.
Yet, you have to make sure your applicaition (in case you have an application) and your backup and Anti-virus support 2019 with no issues.
