Upgrade from Standard to Enterprise

We purchased 10 standard GS RichCopy 360 standard licenses but found out it is best to use enterprise due to the number of files we are processing.

I have two questions here:
1) Is there an upgrade path from standard to enterprise or do we have to pay the full price?

2) Can the software be upgraded and how easy is that or do we have to uninstall and reinstall then recreate the jobs?

Yes, there is an upgrade path to go from Standard to Enterprise. many of our customers do it. Reach out to [email protected] or [email protected] and tell them how many licenses you would like to upgrade and they can work with you or provide you with a coupon code that would credit you what you have already invested. This way you do not lose any of your investment (assuming you are within your maintenance)

As far as upgrading the software, you download and install the enterprise version on the machine that has the standard, it would detect that you have standard already installed and it would ask you if you would like to upgrade it. You simply click yes and it would complete the upgrade for you. It is straight forward, painless, and we never had any issues with it. All your existing jobs will remain the same and will work as expected.
