Migration to Box

We are looking to migrate from ShareFile to Box. There are only a few companies that can copy from ShareFile but cannot talk to Box and vice versa. I see that you support both cloud providers. Can we use your software to do this data migration?
If we run into any issues or need assistance, is support included or can we pay extra to get it?

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, our software can read from ShareFile and migrate to Box.com. You would be interested in GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise.
Support and update are included in the first year with the purchase. You do not need to purchase additional support in the first year. We do however offer premium support but our standard support will likely be sufficient.
