In your images for Bandwidth Throttling you say less threads = less bandwidth. Is that how your software truly handles Bandwidth Throttling?
Also how does your software handle network connection drops in the middle of file copies. Does your software auto start the files copied again from where it was disconnected or does it start the whole job over?

That is correct. If you want to use less bandwidth, then use fewer threads.

As far as network drops, TCP copy (in the enterprise version)
The agent would detect there is a timeout and will keep on retrying. The retry intervals would increase as the reattempts continue. It would go for as long as 5 minutes, after that it would deem it as an outage and stop the job.
