We are migrating to Nasuni from two locations: On-prem file share server and SharePoint. The issue we are seeing is that robocopy is becoming very slow once the cache on Nasuni is full. Nasuni is very similar to Panzura where you copy to a virtual NAS appliance and it offloads data to S3 bucket, the data is copied to cache on the appliance which then does the uploads. If the cache is full, it stops collecting getting any data until it uploads what it has in cache. Nasuni seems compress and dedups the data before upload which allows us a better ratio here. Still we have the cache full that makes robocopy break and we have to restart it.
